The T2020 Program will replace Sydney Water’s current, 28 year old billing system and related satellite systems. Sydney Water billing system, called Automated Corporate Customer Enquiry Support System, is mission critical to the organisation. It is the master repository for customer and property data and enables billing and payment functions to collect about $2.6 billion in revenue each year. The Program includes replacing related satellite systems such as the Customer Management System which is used to support more than 1.5 million customer interactions each year. PM Solutions Australia was engaged to provide independent Gateway review capability for the project, delivering an initial go-live readiness review in March 2019.
