The integrated Referral Management System has been established to deliver improved patient journeys through electronic patient referrals as part of Queensland Government’s Specialist Outpatient Strategy. The Program comprises six projects and is operating a “federated” model, which empowers individual Queensland-wide Hospital and Health Services to manage and deliver projects within their own area to enable the realisation of an integrated e-Referral solution for Queensland.  In August 2017, PM Solutions Australia was engaged as the assurance partner for the program, which included executive assurance advisory, gated reviews, health checks, go-live readiness, Agile release readiness assurance and strategic advisory to the PMO and SRO.
