The Smart Service Queensland contact centre telephony switch, the core platform of the contact centre, has software and hardware infrastructure issues that require immediate attention. The existing telephony switch is an aged product that is reaching end of life vendor support by April 2019. The current system has known limitations regarding flexibility and capability that SSQ requires, to meet the current and future needs of the Queensland public. PM Solutions Australia was engaged to provide assurance review services of the lifecycle of the project, and the interdependent Content Management System project in August 2017. PM Solutions Australia continues to provide dedicated assurance reviewers, working closely with the project owners, senior executive, boards and delivery teams.
